Moore Stephens strengthens its presence in South Australia with new Adelaide member firm

Moore Stephens Australia (MSA) today announced the merger of the audit division of its existing Adelaide member firm with HSA Business Solutions (formerly Horwath South Australia) to form the new Moore Stephens member firm in Adelaide.

From 2 November, the merged firm will trade as Moore Stephens Adelaide under the leadership of Mr Ian Anderson, currently the Managing Director of HSA Business Solutions, and be located in the Adelaide CBD at 81 Flinders Street.

With seven directors and 25 staff, the new Moore Stephens Adelaide will offer services across accounting, audit, tax, super and wealth management with particular industry specialities including construction and primary production.

“This deal has enabled us to achieve the two primary goals we set ourselves after we decided to leave the Horwath network,” Mr Anderson said. “We have rounded out our service offering with the addition of Jim Gouskos’ exceptional audit team and we have found an outstanding like-minded national and international network in Moore Stephens.
