Mr Doug Niven has been appointed as ASIC’s Chief Accountant, moving into the position vacated by Lee White who is now with the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Doug was previously ASIC’s Deputy Chief Accountant and is widely respected in the accounting and audit profession for his extensive knowledge on accounting and audit matters.

Moore Stephens wishes Doug well in the role.
